Julia is not only our first successful PhD student in 2021 – but also the first dissertation exam that went digital due to the pandemic. However, this did not detract from the success of the work and the exam! On April 20, 2021, Julia successfully defended her dissertation "Perspective-dependent perceptions of aging and caregiving associated with the acceptance of assistive technology".
