Description

Johannes Nakayama is a research associate at the Human-Computer Interaction Center and Chair of Communication Science since February 2021. He is working in the research project KISTRA, where his focus is on exploring emergent aspects of social processes on the Internet. As a student assistant, he previously supported the junior research group Digital Mündigkeit from 2018, where he contributed to numerous publications on related topics.

He successfully completed his master's degree in technology communication with a focus on computer science in 2020 with his master's thesis, in which he used agent-based modeling to investigate the influence of individual protective actions on the spread of infectious diseases.
