HCI Series Starts with the Dissertation of André Calero-Valdez

The Human-Computer Interaction Center and the Communication Science Team are pleased to present the product of a cooperation with the Apprimus Wissenschaftsverlag of the IIF at RWTH Aachen University: In the future, the HCI series will present writings that are the results of the research at the HCIC. The HCI series starts with the dissertation of André Calero-Valdez of the HCIC and Communication Science team: "Technology Acceptance and Diabetes. User Centered Design of Small Screen Devices for Diabetes Patients."

The new HCI series deals with interdisciplinary topics from the point of intersection between architecture, computer science, psychology, and empirical social research. The focus will be on current challenges of integrating new technologies into the scopes of humans, media, space, and society.
