IntuiTex – Intuitive Handling via Textile Interfaces

This project aims at the development of new input options that can be used and learned intuitively, that take into account human needs and lifestyle habits, and that help compensate for age-related difficulties with controlling an input. In addition, these input options should have an attractive and appealing design as well as a familiar texture and, therefore, be made of textiles which can be integrated, based on the respective use, almost seamlessly into the home environment.
