Julia van Heek

Julia van Heek hat an der RWTH Aachen Technik-Kommunikation mit Maschinenbau studiert. Während ihres Studiums war sie seit 2012 studentische Hilfskraft im Bereich eHealth am Human Technology Centre. Seit Oktober 2015 ist sie als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Lehrstuhl für Communication Science und HCIC tätig.

In ihrer Masterarbeit mit dem Titel „CO2: Erst Klimakiller – dann Ressource der Zukunft? Akzeptanz der CO2-Nutzung für Konsumprodukte und technische Anwendungen“ untersuchte sie, inwiefern verschiedene Kunststoff-produkte, die zum Teil aus CO2 hergestellt werden, von zukünftigen Nutzern angenommen und akzeptiert werden.
