Ralf Philipsen, M.Sc.

Ralf Philipsen ist seit 2014 wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Human-Computer Interaction Center. Derzeit arbeitet er im Elektromobilitätsprojekt SLAM, einem Forschungsvorhaben zur Etablierung eines bundesweiten Schnellladenetzes für Achsen und Metropolen. Zu diesem Zweck wird unter anderem ein Simulationstool zur Bestimmung geeigneter Standorte für Schnellladesäulen entwickelt, in das neben städtebaulichen, verkehrstechnischen und netzrelevanten Kriterien insbesondere Nutzeranforderungen einfließen.

Darüber hinaus arbeitet Ralf mit beim Aufbau des "Center for European Research on Mobility" (CERM), einem Testzentrum zur Erforschung von Kommunikation und Vernetzung im Mobilitäts- und Verkehrskontext. Ein Schwerpunkt ist hierbei die Untersuchung der Nutzerakzeptanz vernetzter Assistenzsysteme.

Ralf studierte an der RWTH Aachen Technik-Kommunikation und Informatik. In seiner Abschlussarbeit beschäftigte er sich mit Entscheidungsprozessen im Supply-Chain- und Qualitätsmanagement und der Datenvisualisierung im Unternehmenskontext.
