Innovative traffic and energy concepts require novel medial tools to inform users about the product and sell it on the market. Within the project econnect Germany electromobility will be integrated in already existing traffic systems in the city of Osnabrück in order to raise the population’s awareness for renewable energies and get people interested in their short-range transit.

In seven locations in Germany a wide-ranging consortium of top-class partners is already developing new forms of integrating traffic and energy systems into electromobility. One part of the project is testing information and communication technologies within research, development, and demonstration proposals based on existing electro mobile system carriers.

Our team works on the development of an urban mobility concept for the city of Osnabrück where a car sharing system for electromobiles will be implemented. In cooperation with the department for textlinguistics and technical communication a concept for a mobile passenger information system will be designed.
